About ArieCare

Software for the hardest job in healthcare's hardest setting.

Home health agencies operate under more regulatory pressure per dollar of revenue than almost anyone else in healthcare — OASIS windows, PDGM periods, EVV mandates, survey readiness — usually with software that was designed for a different decade or a different care setting.

ArieCare was built to close that gap: a single cloud platform where intake, clinical documentation, scheduling, visit verification, and billing share one patient record — so the work your team does once doesn't have to be re-done by someone downstream.

How we build

We build spec-first. Before a feature ships, its behavior is written down against the primary source — the CFR section, the CMS manual chapter, the FHIR specification — and the implementation is tested against that requirement. Our claims about compliance cite the rule they come from, and our trust center says plainly what's implemented, what's in progress, and what's still on the roadmap.

The same philosophy shows up in how we sell: our pricing is published, signup is self-service, and a demo is a working session on your workflows — not a qualification call.

What we believe

The record should travel on standards. Clinical data lives in FHIR R4, terminology comes from national code systems, and payer transactions run on X12 — so your agency's data is never hostage to our formats.

Compliance is an engineering problem. Rules that live in a binder get missed; rules encoded in the software get followed. LUPA thresholds, NOA windows, and assessment timing belong in the workflow, warning you while there's still time to act.

Honesty compounds. We'd rather tell you what's in progress than decorate the site with badges. The agencies that choose us on that basis stay.
